Steve is a North Carolina Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser, and holds North Carolina licenses as a Real Estate Broker, Broker-in-Charge, and an NC General Contractor. He has a BS degree in Real Estate Studies specializing in Real Estate Appraising. He has been in business and lived in Wilmington, NC, investing in real estate since 1980. The foundation of Azalea Appraisal Associates' service is Steve's twenty-eight years of working experience in these related real estate fields.
