For specific property report information, you may be refered to the team member assigned to processing your request. Please note: Our staff is not permitted to provide appraisal report information to anyone who is not listed as a "Client" on the appraisal request. We have to have written permission to release information to anyone other than our clients. For this reason, you may have to receive information about your appraisal directly from your lender.
Stephen M. Wolfson is our supervising appraiser and owner of Azalea Appraisal Associates. He is the VA, FHA, and Review appraiser for our office, and he has experience with court testimony. As a supervisor, he also participates with each trainee appraiser as required by the North Carolina Appraisal Board and as requested by clients. He always reviews every report before it is sent to the client.
His wife Susan, is the Office Manager, and also a licensed Trainee Appraiser.
At present we have an opening for another trainee, and we have associates, commercial and residential who work with us for areas outside of our expertise.
